Tracking System
We would like to inform you that the Tracking System API response has been updated. When tracking shipments by bill of lading and booking number, in case the shipping line does not provide valid containers, previously such containers were not included in our API response. However, we have now made it available in the API response.
We are also proud to announce that we have added support for Seaboard Marine, bringing our total number of supported carriers to 158, along with 12 leasing companies. This makes our platform unique in its ability to support a wide variety of providers. You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.
Furthermore, we are excited to inform you that the ability to track RO-RO shipments for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) by bill of lading and booking numbers has been added to our service.
In addition, we have made significant improvements to our API, allowing users to get detailed route data, AIS data, and shipment data with a single API request, instead of making separate requests for each type of data.
We are also pleased to introduce an updated version of our shipping line autodetection module for container number queries. This module has undergone extensive revisions, with a focus on optimizing its functionality in relation to historical data and leasing companies.
Lastly, we have made improvements to the way we work with providers, including Wan Hai, Yang Ming, CMA CGM, COSCO, Econship, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), Hapag-Lloyd, Maxicon Container Line (MCL), DB Schenker, Interasia Lines, Swire Shipping, Arkas, SETH Shipping, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), BLPL Singapore, DHL Global Forwarding, World Direct Shipping (WDS), Evergreen, Seaboard Marine, Westwood Shipping Lines, Qatar Navigation Lines (QNL), Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Heung-A Shipping, Emirates Shipping Line, Cordelia Container Shipping Line, Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), Ocean Network Express (ONE), Samudera Shipping Line, Maersk, Sealand, and Regional Container Lines (RCL).

We have made enhancements to the way we work with providers, including KMTC, RCL, OOCL, Sinokor, PIL, CMA CGM, APL, CNC, and ANL.
Logistics Explorer
We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our list of services in the Logistics Explorer tool to include bulk freight rates for cargo weighing more than 500 tons. With this addition, our customers can now easily search for rates and also access relevant port fees, making it more convenient for them to estimate the overall cost of their shipment.
Furthermore, we have recently implemented email validation in our forms using the Kickbox API. This new feature will ensure that the email addresses provided by our customers are correct and valid, making it easier for our emails to reach their intended recipients.
Virtual Office
We are delighted to inform you that we have launched a new version of Virtual Office with a revamped design and user experience. This latest version was developed using React, enabling seamless integration with our customers' websites. The Networking tab for DFA Premium members has been enhanced, and we have also made improvements to the partner rate subscription logic, allowing users to subscribe to select rates. Based on valuable feedback from DFA members, we have also improved the long and short KYC forms.
Other updates
We have updated the main page of our website, SeaRates.com. Our designers continue to work on new layouts and themes to make it convenient for our customers and to improve the overall experience.
