Logistics Explorer
We have simplified the booking process on Logistics Explorer. Follow these steps to find the best rates and book your transportation:
1) Specify the place of origin, the place of destination, and the date when the cargo will be ready, then click on the Search button
We've improved autocomplete for each country. You can now see the country, ports, and their locations on the map.
2) Select the rate you are interested in and the services you need, click on the “Book Now” tab. If you cannot find a suitable rate, you can request a quote from our team
3) Check shipment information and add the required services
To keep your account manager informed, input the additional information (phone number, product name, shipment details, etc.).
4) Your booking is now complete and can be reviewed in your Virtual Office. Your account manager will also contact you to confirm details.
The Virtual Office interface is also updated and you can now view information on bookings, transportation costs, and lists of essential documents.
We will also be introducing new transportation services to the Logistics Explorer, including dry ports, door-to-door, and barge fees.
Load Calculator API page
The Load Calculator API page has been updated so you can now search through documentation easily and find answers to your queries.

Tracking System API
This week, we’ve made improvements to the way we work with numerous shipping lines, including ONE, Hyundai, COSCO, and Trans Asian Shipping Services.
We also carried out technical work related to COSCO. While the functions are stable, you may receive an incomplete response about events.
We are working to improve the services for this shipping line.
Plans & Pricing
We have updated our Plans & Pricing options and we now have three plans for freight forwarders:
- Standard DFA
- Premium DFA
- Vendor
The Vendor plan is available to freight forwarders who are not DF Alliance members but would like to try SeaRates’ tools and features.

Growth of the Digital Freight Alliance
DF Alliance members have access to a global freight forwarding network that allows them to expand opportunities for their business and meet freight partners from all over the world. The DF Alliance now has 906 members.
The DF Alliance members continue to provide positive feedback on the services available through the Alliance.
