SeaRates Updates - Week 33, 2021

We would like to express our gratitude to our customers and partners for their ongoing feedback. We continue to innovate and improve SeaRates’ features, and your input is invaluable in allowing us to do so. Here are the latest updates you need to know about.


Tracking System improvements

This week we have made improvements to the way we work with providers including ZIM, Arkas, Avana Global FZCO (Balaji), CMA CGM, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, and Perma Shipping. In addition, we’re proud to say that we have now added support for MacAndrews.

We now support a total of 111 carriers and 12 leasing companies, making our platform one of the few that can offer support for a wide variety of shipping lines.

Virtual Office improvements

This week we have improved our Virtual Office, fixed bugs encountered by users, and updated our internal algorithms.

Growth of the Digital Freight Alliance

DF Alliance members have access to a global freight forwarding network that allows them to expand opportunities for their business and meet freight partners from all over the world. The DF Alliance now has 1,284 members.
