What's new for week 12:
- We are pleased to announce the creation of a NEW Global Delivery API. From now on, just by requesting our API, you can get freight rates and information about cargo transportation from well-known courier companies. You can get acquainted with the functionality and documentation on our Developer Portal.
- We are also delighted to introduce the Structural quote application integrated into Virtual Office. SeaRates' users with DFA Premium and Vendor account types can create a structural quote for chosen leads. Moreover, you can easily find and check the shipping or warehousing leads you are interested in the 'Sent offers' tab.
- Tracking System improvements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Romocean, Cosiarma S.p.A., SETH Shipping, Regional Container Lines (RCL), Gold Star Line, Arkas, Laurel Navigation, NewStar, and CMA CGM.
- Air Cargo Tracking enhancements: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Virgin Atlantic.
- Ship Schedules updates: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Pan Continental Shipping by Points.
- Also, we have enhanced how we work with providers, including OOCL, ANL, and Seaboard.
- Load Calculator improvements: For API, we have added the "Allowed image size exceeded" error notification type in the response, as well as parameter validation to regulate the input of allowed sizes.
- Logistics Map enhancements: For users with a Shipper account type, we have added a 'View Rates' button on the lead card to view tariffs directly in Logistics Explorer.
- Finally, we have added the 'Warehouse' parameter to the Filter for convenient work with leads on freight storage.
- SeaRates Mobile App improvements: For Container Tracking, we have made several updates, including the addition of a shipping line name display to the shipping card and the ability to navigate from the vessel name in the 'Details' column to view the particular vessel's schedules in the Ship Schedules tool.
- In addition, we have improved the sorting of shipping lines in alphabetical order.
- Other updates:
- For users who have a subscription to the web and API integration of the Logistics Explorer tool, we have added a commission option. You can manage the commissions in the LE Settings 'Commissions' button in your Virtual Office.
- For Virtual Office, on the 'Rates and tariffs' tab, we have added notifications about the result of uploading an Excel file with freight rates. You will receive a notification in your Inbox about the status of the upload or an error and it's exact cause in the file.
- On the All Shipping Leads page and the Logistics Map tool, for users with DFA Premium and Vendor account types, we have added the ability to create a structured quote for the selected lead by clicking the Quote button on the lead card.
