We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and feedback, which have enabled us to continuously improve our services. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, we strive to update SeaRates services as often as possible to make them faster and more reliable.

We're proud that we've put out a lot of updates recently that have helped make our platform faster, safer, and better at what it does. We are confident that these updates have made a significant difference in the user experience of our services, and we will continue to work tirelessly to improve them.

We highly encourage you to read our previous updates to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements to our platform.

What's new for week 11:

  • Tracking System improvements. This week, we have made improvements to the way we work with providers, including Arkas, SETH Shipping, Wan Hai, DB Schenker, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Interasia Lines, BLPL Singapore, DHL Global Forwarding, World Direct Shipping (WDS), and Evergreen.

We would like to inform you that the Tracking System API response has been updated. When tracking shipments by bill of lading and booking number, in case the shipping line does not provide valid containers, previously such containers were not included in our API response. However, we have now made it available in the API response.

We’re proud to say that we have added support for Seaboard Marine. We now support a total of 158 carriers and 12 leasing companies, making our platform unique in its ability to support a wide variety of providers. You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.
