September 2021 Development Release: Empowering Business Users

We appreciate your interest in SeaRates! Each month, we release new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Subscribing to our SeaRates Blog Feed will notify you when a new release becomes available.

The following are the most recent changes you should be aware of.

New Providers in the Tracking System

In September, we’re proud to say that we have added support for four more providers:

  • BAL Container Line
  • Seino Logix
  • JAS Worldwide (Ocean)
  • Bee Logistics

We now support a total of 115 carriers and 12 leasing companies, making our platform unique in its ability to support a wide variety of providers.

You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.

New Tracking System API Page

We've updated our Tracking System API landing page with monitoring statistics, demo version and design so you can see how it will function with your TMS. Learn more here.

Blog Subscription Option

Reading a variety of blogs can be a great way to learn about new things, be entertained, or get news. But the more blogs you read, the more difficult it can be to keep up with them all. Fortunately, you can easily keep up with our blog by subscribing to it. When you subscribe to a blog, you’ll get all of its new posts and updates as-it-happens.

There are many advantages to subscribing to our blog:

  • It saves time. You won't have to check our blog each day to see if we've added new posts.
  • You won't miss any updates. It's easy to miss some posts if you don't visit the SeaRates blog very often.
  • It creates a feed of stories interesting to you. You'll be able to read posts on many topics.

Updated help functionality

Our support team can now update questions based on your queries. Now, you can monitor each update of frequently asked questions. Subscribe to our newsletter to avoid missing out.

ULD Container types page

The ULD container types have updated. The whole page is now designed in a modern minimalistic style. In general, Modern Minimal style embraces the following characteristics:

1. Bright backgrounds and whitespace

2. Subtle roundness on UI elements

3. Big, readable headings

4. Thoughtful use of colors

5. Focus on contrast

6. Limited use of effects

7. Small details, often illustrated

More info here.

And that should give you enough things to do until we're back with the next update. As always, it shouldn't take us long.
