Air Cargo Tracking
The SeaRates team is delighted to introduce the Air Tracking API (beta version). With the API, you get the capability to track your shipments by simply entering Air Waybill numbers. This way, via a beta version of the Air Tracking API, you will obtain real-time data from 346 global airlines and details about events, flights, routes, and many other details on your shipments.
Moreover, we are proud to announce the launch of the Air Сargo Tracking web version (beta version), which you can apply on SeaRates.com and AirRates.com to track your shipments.
Finally, we are pleased to share the addition of support for Lufthansa Cargo, Turkish Airlines, Finnair, Qatar Airways, Challenge Airlines, and LOT (LOT Polish Airlines) to the tool.
Logistics Explorer
We are pleased to announce the launch of Logistics Explorer Version 3.0 (beta version). The latest version of the tool has been migrated to the new Laravel framework. The time it takes to obtain quotes from our application and the design have been improved.
Tracking System
We have improved the way we work with providers, including Sinokor, Sealand, Maersk Line Limited (MLL), Regional Container Lines (RCL), Interasia Lines, Swire Shipping, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line), Pacific International Lines (PIL), TOTE Maritime, Avana Global FZCO (BALAJI), CMA CGM, BLPL Singapore, ZIM, Atlantic Container Line (ACL), Wan Hai, Evergreen, Grimaldi Deep Sea S.P.A., W.E.C. (West European Container) Line, SITC Container Lines, TransContainer, Samudera Shipping Line, Yang Ming, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), and Shipco Transport.
Ship Schedules
We are pleased to announce the addition of support for carriers on the by Points tab, including Tailwind, Vanguard Logistics, WEC Lines, JAS Worldwide, X-PRESS, Namsung Shipping, Sinotrans Container Lines, KAMABARA KISEN, Eukor, Golden Fortune Shipping, Westwood Shipping Lines, Mariana Express Line, Geest Lie, Trans Asian Shipping Services, DHL, Dongjin Shipping, Laurel Navigation, Kuehne + Nagel (KN), Marguisa Shipping Lines, Cordelia Container Shipping Line, Allalouf Shipping Line, Heung-A Shipping, Camellia Line, Pacifica Shipping, AC Container Line, Ignazio Messina, and Tema.
Also, we have added support for VASI Shipping, Nirint Shipping, CK Line, Grimaldi, Ellerman, Ethiopian Shipping Line, Carpenters Shipping, Samudera Shipping Line, Chipolbrok, MACS, and ECL Vertraco providers on the by Vessel tab. Therefore, from now on, you can get support for 80 shipping lines in the Ship Schedules tool.
Moreover, we have improved the way we work with providers, including Hyundai and ZIM.
Logistics Map
We are glad to introduce the code for the web integration of the Logistics Map tool on our Developer Portal.
Load Calculator
We have added the ability to export 3D images in our web version of Load Calculator. You can now export interactive 3D images in TGIF format, which can be viewed by 3D viewers.
Virtual Office
We are pleased to introduce the updated AI Assistant in Virtual Office, now connected to the Tracking System API. With this enhancement, you will obtain real-time data about your shipments in our AI Assistant by simply asking, "Where is my shipment, XXXXXX?" or "How to track my shipment, XXXXXX?".
Moreover, we've added a 'Track it' button to AI Assistant responses to container tracking requests to take you to the Tracking System tool.
Also, in the 'Archive' tab, you can find bookings with a Reject status.
