“Put first things first” – this is one of the main milestones for any success. You don’t need to be an outstanding person to start something outstanding - you should begin from small victories to strengthen your confidence.
Update 2018.12.10 - the event was published in Forbes.
On October 23, 2018, the famous crypto-resource 8btc.com (ranked top-14k on Alexa) published an article about the successfully finished delivery, which have been completely paid in cryptocurrency. In this case the chosen token was Bytom (BTM) – a coin of a well-known Chinese blockchain project Bytom Foundation with a broad infrastructure and high speed of transactions.
We are proud to confess this was a small beginning, a small garments shipment needed to be delivered from China to South Korea between 13 and 17 of October, which however put a cornerstone of wide implementation of digital coins in our project. As such, we see a strong application in smart-contracts, which are the future in the shipping business either by sea, road, air or rail.
The interface of the Wallet can already be found in SeaRates Virtual Office.
The reaction of the audience who is tracing the trends was not long in coming:
The First-ever BTM Payment in Real World – Instant and Cheaper for SeaRates Shipment. This is a historic event!
SeaRates / Bytom partnership started not so long ago, in August, of which we have wrote in a separate post.
As it can be noticed from the mentioned article, we have used an invoice customized for crypto. Today every user can send and receive BTM from his Online Wallet in SeaRates Virtual Office.
You can watch the rate of Bytom on Coinmarketcap, or trade it at HitBtc. For any questions or partnership offers feel free to contact [email protected] – use promo-code “SeaRatesBTM” to get more opportunities from the cooperation our projects have joined.
It has been a great start which could not wait any longer. The world of blockchain in logistics has begun and there will be much more news about that. Have an opinion or idea about smart contracts in transport industry? Share in the experts’ chat. And don't forget to subscribe on the channel!
