What's new for week 13:
- Distance & Time updates: For the web access of the tool, we added the option to select the 'Rail' mode of transport, specifying the type of transportation, and have updated the ‘Average speed’ default parameters.
- We have improved the calculation of transit time depending on the average speed you choose.
- For API version 2.0, we have implemented the ability to receive updated data with corrected routes and updated statistics on sea routes.
- Finally, we have added Version 3.0 documentation, which you can find in our Developer Portal.
- Tracking System improvements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Atlantic Container Line (ACL), Grimaldi Deep Sea S.P.A., Korea Marine Transport (KMTC), Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), Westwood Shipping Lines, and Maersk.
- Ship Schedules enhancements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Pan Continental, Westwood, and CMA CGM by Points.
- Logistics Explorer update: We have improved the logic of sorting tariffs on the 'Featured' tab. Thus, you will be able to view the rates in relation to the cost and transit time, from the lower result to the higher one.
- Structural Quote enhancements: We have added a notification to the request owner about the submitted quote.
- In addition, we have implemented the display of information about enabled services in the quote. You can check it out in the 'Lumpsum' tab.
- Global Delivery improvements: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for FedEx provider to our API. Simply utilize the ‘carrier’ field to receive freight rates from a particular one.
- Other updates:
- For the Request a Quote form, we have added the delivery type indicator, which is based on the selected type of departure and arrival points of the shipment.
