What's new for week 24:
- Air Cargo Tracking updates: We are glad to inform you that we have added limits for the web version of the tool on AirRates.com. From now on, unauthorized users can make 1 tracking request daily. Authorized users have free access with 3 tracking requests daily, and up to 20 unique shipments per month. To get your individual quotation plan, reach out to us at [email protected].
- We have improved how we work with providers, including SpiceJet, Cathay Pacific Airways, AeroUnion, Alaska Airlines, Avianca, Bangkok Airways, Jetblue Airways, MEA, TACA, Virgin Australia, British Airways, American Airlines, Korean Air, and Air India.
- We have also added support for 7 airlines, including SKY Airline, Air Serbia, Air Malta, Croatia Airlines, TAROM, TAAG Angola Airlines, and Uzbekistan Airways.
- Tracking System improvements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Namsung Shipping, Yang Ming, Crowley Maritime, Wallenius Wilhelmsen, ECU Worldwide, Tailwind Shipping Lines, and Shipco Transport.
- We are glad to announce that we have added support for the Hede Shipping. Now, the total number of lines we support is over 172.
- Furthermore, we have enhanced the logic for receiving AIS data on a vessel.
- Geocoding enhancements: We are pleased to announce that we have added the ability to make queries by UN/LOCODES, IATA codes, country codes, and global regions.
- Ship Schedules improvements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including ANL by Points.
- Also, we have added limits for the web version of the tool. From now on, authorized users have free access with 5 searches daily, up to 50 searches per month. To get your individual quotation plan, reach out to us at [email protected].
- Mobile application updates: We have created a QR code that automatically detects the operating systems and takes the user to the SeaRates app on Google Play or the App Store, respectively.
- Also, we have optimized the processing of requests in the Ship Schedules application for Android users.

- Finally, we have updated the Tracking System API, Virtual Office, Load Calculator, and Load Calculator API landing pages.
