Tracking System
We have added a new status with the message "SEALINE_UNDER_MAINTENANCE" to the Response of our API. Additionally, we have improved the logic of location detection.
The web version of the tool was updated by adding the ability to upload an Excel file with a list of shipment tracking numbers. Henceforth, you can multi-track your shipments by container (CT), booking number (BK), and bill of lading (BL) number.
Also, we have updated the response for tracking your shipments via an Excel file, adding new fields. Additionally, you can download a template to preview the response format.
Moreover, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including Atlantic Container Line (ACL), CMA CGM, DSV Ocean Transport, Sinotrans Container Lines, Sinokor, COSCO, DB Schenker, Ocean Network Express (ONE), Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Wan Hai, Evergreen, Swire Shipping, Matson Navigation Company Inc. (MATS), Stolt Tank Containers (STC), T.S. Lines, Yang Ming, Kuehne + Nagel (KN), Samudera Shipping Line, Maersk, Shipco Transport, Seatrade, Route Planner, DHL Global Forwarding, and Hapag-Lloyd.
Ship Schedules
We are pleased to announce that we have added Hyundai shipping line support to the by Points tab and Hyundai API support to the by Vessel tab.
Besides, we have improved the way we work with providers, including ONE, ZIM, ACL, KOS, T. S. Lines, Hapag-Lloyd, Yang Ming, Maersk, and Hyundai.
Logistics Explorer
We have added freight rates from ExFreight for “Door-to-Port” and “Port-to-Door” land shipping.
Also, we have implemented the ability to search for ports by alternative LOCODE, including an additional request for CP World freight rates by alternative LOCODE.
Logistics Map
We have made enhancements to Filter’s performance when selecting transportation type (by sea, land, or air).
Load Calculator
We have added an "Export to PDF" button on the third step of the tool. This way, you can download your cargo loading results in PDF format.
Virtual Office
We are excited to announce that we have improved our Virtual Office tool by switching to ReactJS. This allows for seamless integration with our customers' websites, making it easier for them to use our services.
Also, we have added the Shipping Instructions tab for sea and land transportation types in the Bookings tab. In this tab, you can find additional fields for mandatory and optional filling, depending on the type of transportation.
Finally, we added the ability for the carrier to change the route by going to the details of the booking in the Tracking tab.
