Parcel Tracking
We are glad to announce the Parcel Tracking API release. Simply enter the tracking number provided by the courier services to obtain the real-time location, parcels’ movements worldwide, status, logistics events, route details, and much more for supply chain transparency.
Currently, we support 2400+ courier service providers.

Logistics Map
We are pleased to inform you that the Logistics Map tool now features a new 'Transport' tab. Kindly check out the list of the newest capabilities you can explore:
- list of available transport units and visualization of their location on the map;
- detailed information about the transport and its location or the desired transportation route;
- data about the transport, both from the list of cards and the map;
- transport filtering by location, type, price range, etc;
- copying the link to the selected transport unit;
- sending requests for transport setup, specifying desired routes and prices;
- chat with the manager about the chosen transport units.
Moreover, you can open transport cards in the new tab by clicking on it with the Cntrl button.
Air Cargo Tracking
Implemented the option to save shipment cards in the dashboard by clicking the ‘Follow’ button.
Tracking System
We are glad to announce added support for Transit Fruits Eagle and NVO Consolidation Lines, bringing the total number of supported lines to 178.
For the API, we have improved the logic for determining container size and type, updated all response examples for API v3, and added a description of the ‘size_type’ parameter for the container.
For the web tool, we have implemented a range of improvements:
- added the ‘Follow’ button to the open shipment card for the easiest adding into your Dashboard.
- added the shipping lines’ logo displayed on the cards
- implemented limits for tracking bulk shipments uploaded in Excel to simultaneously track shipments through the tool on SeaRates.com and by uploading a list of Excel files simultaneously within the user’s subscription plan.
Ship Schedules
We are glad to announce added support for Evergreen PIL HR Lines, Great White Fleet, Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Grimaldi, Shipping Corporation of India, Emirates, and Sallaum Lines for Ro-Ro type by Points, Vessel, and Port.
Load Calculator
We have made a range of updates to the web version of the tool, including:
- Added the ‘Disable stacking’ checkbox on the ‘Stuffing settings’ section to place cargo in one layer
- Updated ‘Mass’ and ‘Height’ fields for easier layer and limit adjustments.
- Added the default 'Height' parameter as the third dimension in the 'Spacing settings' section
- Improved the algorithm for a step-by-step loading plan when a container is loaded with identical boxes.
Distance & Time
We have improved the determination logic for the nearest seaport and location in API requests.
Other updates
For Geocoding API / Autocomplete services, we have added support for UN/LOCODES with numbers and improved postcode requests, sea and world regions displaying, and zip codes for API queries.
Also, we have added subscription static cards to the ‘Tools’ tab in the Virtual Office to display monthly credit usage.
For the Logistics Explorer tool, added interface translation in Spanish and optimized processing time.
We have added additional transportation types for creating Land FTL requests into the Request a Quote and Quick Request forms.
Finally, we have implemented an option to log in and register by Apple account for an easier experience for SeaRates customers.
