Request a quote
We have created a new "Request a Quote" page to make it easier for you to get quick and accurate freight rates. The new "Request a Quote" page is designed with your needs in mind. We want to help you find the best shipping option quickly and easily. The new "Request a Quote" page allows you to choose the type of service, container size, weight, and pick-up date.
New features and improvements in Ship Schedules
We have added support for PIL in order to track ship schedules by vessel. You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.
Ship Schedules is now even better than before! Updates include an updated start page, logo and full shipping line name on route cards, and a preloader during map loading!
Special offers from SeaRates
We have updated our banners with special offers for our customers. If you want to be aware of our current promotions, be sure to check out our special offers, which are shown on the homepage.
Virtual Office enhancements
Our "Commission" tab has been updated. The "Commission" tab has been moved from the "Profile" tab to the side menu Virtual Office's "LE Settings" tab. Additionally, we corrected the primary issues that occurred when calculating commission on rates.
All Shipping Leads page improvements
The cards now include icons for all modes of transportation. The card information has been changed to reflect the new request a quote form. The app now has the ability to open a lead on a new page when pressing ctrl and clicking on the card.
Updated pages
Bulk & Break bulk page
The new "Bulk & Break Bulk" page is designed to give customers the ability to get freight quotes and find out more about our shipping services. We hope that this will be helpful for customers who are looking for a solution for shipping break bulk or shipping bulk cargo.
Survey services page
We have redesigned our "Survey Services" page with a new design to make it more attractive. We have included more information on the page to help you find the right service for your needs.
