SeaRates Updates - Week 11, 2021

Recent improvements and additions have been published in the 10th week. Read and share impressions in the comments below and on social networks!

During this period, several bugs were fixed to improve the accuracy and speed of the site and applications.

We were also pleased to present several significant innovations. If you missed the release of the last update, it's time to read it here!

Tracking System

This week, we’ve made improvements to the way we work with shipping lines such as Econship, Evergreen, OOCL, and Hapag Lloyd.

We have also improved iso_code data for containers.

It is expected to add functionality with automatic updating of the list of supported shipping lines on the main page, iframe, and Multi Tracking.

Next week, new functionality will be available with the ability to upload an Excel file with a list of containers (up to 1,000 containers in one file) and it will be possible to get the necessary and important data in just a couple of clicks (such as ETA, POL, POD, etc.).

Logistics Explorer

This week we have added airports and regions to our autocomplete function.

You can now choose the type of container when searching for a rate and indicate the quantity of containers of this type when booking. When the quantity of containers changes, the total amount of transportation and all port charges will change automatically.

Unit Converter

This week we have developed the Unit Converter. This free conversion calculator converts between common units of length, temperature, area, volume, weight, and time.

Route Planner

We have fixed bugs related to our tool making it easier for you to create the route you need. In addition, you will now be able to save the route or share it with your clients.

Updates Pending

Load Calculator

This week we developed the ability to color-code cargo so that you can differentiate between them when viewing in 3D. The entire load plan result is shown in an interactive 3D view which you can rotate or zoom to examine your cargo layout in further detail.

The option of transporting goods in a truck is in development.

Cargo Wizard

This week, we have been working on fixing bugs and improving performance while using the tool.

We are also developing a new version of the tool, which will be available to you soon.
