What's new for week 8:
- Air Cargo Tracking enhancements: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for 12 new airlines, including Air Niugini, American Airlines, ANACargo, Batik Air, Cargolux Airlines International, Cargolux Italia, Delta Air Lines, Flydubai, Kalitta Air, Philippine Airlines, Thai Cargo, and United Airlines.
- We have added code for the web-integrated version of the tool on the Developer Portal.
- Also, we have improved the logic of displaying the progress bar of shipments.
- For API, we have added support for a new parameter 'path' in the tracking request.
- Also, we have improved the logic for generating events based on route data (in case the airline did not provide a list of events).
- Finally, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including ANA Cargo, SriLankan Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Finnair.
- Tracking System updates: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Yang Ming, Cordelia Container Shipping Line, SITC Container Lines, DHL Global Forwarding, Samudera Shipping Line, T.S. Lines, Volta Container Line, and Turkon.
- For the API, we have improved the logic of location detection.
- We have added a detailed shipment status description on the Developer Portal.
- Ship Schedules enhancements: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for ECU Worldwide by Points tab.
- Moreover, we have enhanced how we work with providers, including Dong Young, Crowley, and CK Line by Point tab, and VASI Shipping by Vessel tab.
- Load Calculator updates: For the API, we have added a new parameter ‘image3d’ to the tool’s documentation on our Developer Portal.
- Other updates:
- We have updated the web integration version of World Sea Ports.
- We have created an ‘Integrations’ tab in the top menu that lists available and upcoming versions of SeaRates APIs and web-integrated tools.
- Moreover, we are glad to announce the creation of the Global Delivery API landing page.
- Finally, we have added the possibility to view all freight routes with a list of popular shipping requests to the International Freight Routes & Lanes page.
