Logistics Explorer
We are pleased to announce Logistics Explorer Version 3.0. The tool is ready to fulfill your needs through comprehensive freight tariff market research with global rate coverage.
Also, we have improved indicative rates for searching for any requests with non-standard cargo freight requirements.
Moreover, we have upgraded the Logistics Explorer API. Find documentation on our Developer Portal and get newly added detailed instructions on utilizing the API.
SeaRates.AI
We have released the SeaRates.AI portal to provide you with easy access to our digital tools for logistics and AI Assistant in one place. Sign in and request our AI Assistant to meet your needs in terms of applying integrated SeaRates tools.
Air Cargo Tracking
We are glad to announce added support for 35 airlines, including Aegean Airlines, Air Hong Kong, Bringer Air Cargo Taxi Aereo, Cargojet, Express Air Cargo, Garuda Indonesia, ITA Airways, Nippon Cargo Airlines, South African Airways, Air Algerie, Air Mauritius, Azores Airlines, Beijing Capital Airlines, Challenge Airlines (BE), Estafeta, Jin Air, MNG Airlines, Raya Airways, Royal Brunei Airlines, Turkmenistan Airlines, Astral Aviation, Tunisair, HongYuan Group, SF Airlines, Air Greenland, Juneyao Airlines, Air New Zealand, Air Botswana, Batik Air Malaysia, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Central Airlines, FedEx Express, Fiji Airways, IBC Airways, and Pakistan International Airlines.
Finally, we have improved how we work with providers, including Finnair, Cathay Pacific Airways, British Airways, Korean Air, Suparna Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Shenzhen Airlines, Air Canada, and Etihad Cargo.
Tracking System
For the API, we have implemented a new request type for the ability to receive shipment information from certain shipping lines. Simply specify two reference numbers - (BL number with CT number or BK number with CT number) in the request.
The improved Tracking System API documentation is available on our Developer Portal.
Moreover, we have improved how we work with providers, including Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Hapag-Lloyd, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), Wallenius Wilhelmsen, W.E.C. (West European Container) Lines, CMA CGM, Regional Container Lines (RCL), Namsung Shipping, ECU Worldwide, Kambara Kisen, Korea Marine Transport (KMTC), BLPL Singapore, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), SITC Container Lines, Yang Ming, Shipco Transport, and JAS Worldwide (Ocean).
Distance & Time
We are glad to inform you that we have added limits for the web version of the tool. Authorized users have free access with 3 requests daily and up to 20 unique route calculations per month. Connect with us at [email protected] to get an individual plan.
For API, we have enhanced logic for finding the nearest port, airport, railroad, and road terminals for a given location.
Moreover, we have added a switch for the routing mode:
- ‘SHORT’ mode for the shortest route calculation by default
- ‘SAFE’ mode for calculation due to dangerous regions that should not be crossed
Geocoding API
We have implemented a range of improvements to the request proceeding in Autocomplete, including enhanced logic for determining the results and the option to set more detailed parameters when requesting limited results by the following parameters: country code, country name, admin region name, admin region code, and world region name.
Moreover, we have added the option to specify the type of location (city or trade port) when making a query and added the option to make queries by the names of free economic zones (Free Port, Crocus Hill, Camp Bastion, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Airport Free Zone).
Get streamlined services and smooth utilization with our updated database of trade ports (logistics hubs - ports, airports, dry terminals, etc.) and their coordinates and connect them with cities.
Ship Schedules
We have enhanced the loading of the list of available lines in the main menu to achieve a new level of speed for receiving results.
Also, we have improved how we work with providers, including Dong Young, Pil, Namsung, Sinokor, SITC, Yang Ming, HeungA, and Trans Asian Shipping, in the ‘by Points’ tab, as well as Heung-A to search ‘by Vessel’.
Global Delivery API
We are glad to announce that we have added support for Meest to streamline your international courier rate search.
Virtual Office
For the Counterparties panel, we have implemented the ability to sort your counterparties' data per the following parameters for the easiest research and monitoring: Company, Type, Name, Email, Country, and Creation date.
Furthermore, we have added the ability to apply for booking of needed transport units directly from the preview for the ‘Transport’ management panel.
Other updates
For the Plans & Pricing page, we have updated the content and design by adding Air Tracking, Route Planner, CO2 Calculator, and Mobile Application in the ‘Tools’ section, as well as Vendor Package, SeaRates Enterprise, and Blog & Marketing in the ‘Packages’ section to ensure the easiest way to find options you are interested in at SeaRates.com.
We have enhanced the Route API to improve air cargo carriage routing.
Finally, we have improved the content and design of the Homepage, Container Tracking, Find Freight Routes, Logistics Explorer API and Booking System API pages, Load Calculator, Distance & Time, New Version Load Calculator, and Route Planner tools pages, as well as created the Freight Index API landing page.
