What's new for week 26:
- We are delighted to announce the release of the Counterparties panel in our Virtual Office on SeaRates.com and Virtual Office Enterprise. The panel is advanced software to manage your company’s counterparties in one place successfully.
- Our team has implemented the ability to create a record of a counterparty, import/export in XLS format, and make an Invite link to attract counterparties beyond the SeaRates marketplace audience. Just copy the Invite link from your Virtual Office and add it to your LinkedIn profile to automate the process of connecting with you.
- Virtual Office improvements: For the Transport panel, improved the list of displaying transport types for each Transport Unit, added a link to the transport preview in the notification of successful record saving, optimized the logic for saving your records, and updated the content and design.
- Air Cargo Tracking enhancements: We are glad to present that we have added support for 7 airlines, including Caribbean Airlines, Suparna Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Coyne Airways, Jeju Air, Neos, and Polar Air Cargo.
- Also, we have improved how we work with providers, including British Airways, Swiss International Air Lines, Atlas Air, Etihad Cargo, and Air China Cargo.
- Tracking System updates: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including the Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Yang Ming, BAL Container Line, Hapag-Lloyd, Sinotrans Container Lines, Hoegh Autoliners, Stolt Tank Containers, and Independent Container Line.
- Ship Schedules improvements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including ANL, APL, and CNC for ‘by Vessel’.
- Geocoding API updates: We have added the Sea Region parameter (Black Sea, Red Sea, etc.).
- Moreover, we have implemented a range of optimization activities in our Autocomplete service to ensure enhanced precise results and increased speed.
