SeaRates Updates - Week 25, 2024

What's new for week 25:

  • We are happy to introduce you to the newly released Transport panel in our Virtual Office. This way, carriers have the possibility of complete management of their transport assets in one place. With this advanced feature, you can create, edit, and fully manage your transport accounting: save details on transport units, easily keep all characteristics and parameters about transport and shipments, import/export and share necessary data, and so on for comprehensive visibility.
  • Air Cargo Tracking improvements: We are glad to present that we have added support for 7 airlines, including FlyOne, Swiss International Air Lines, Air Premia, Air Arabia, Egyptair, Vietnam Airlines, and Czech Airlines.
  • Also, we have improved how we work with providers, including SpiceJet, Cathay Pacific Airways, AeroUnion, Alaska Airlines, Avianca, Bangkok Airways, Jetblue Airways, MEA, TACA, Virgin Australia, British Airways, American Airlines, Korean Air, and Air India.
  • Tracking System enhancements: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including W.E.C. (West European Container) Lines, Namsung Shipping, Maersk, Seatrade, Wan Hai, and Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL).
  • Geocoding API improvements: We are glad to announce the added support for zip code parameters in requests.
  • Ship Schedules updates: We have enhanced how we work with providers, including Sinokor, HeungA, Maersk, and ECU Worldwide, in the ‘by Points’ tab.


Other updates:

  • For Freights Index, we have implemented a range of improvements for optimization and more convenient usage of the tool, such as the possibility to reverse destinations for index searching.
  • Finally, we have implemented the ability to check out the statistics for Ship Schedules subscriptions in the Virtual Office under the ‘Access’ tab.
