How to start




An export document creation tool consolidates your trade and export documents in one place to streamline global supply chain operations. To start using the tool, you need to go to the Tools section and press the button Find a tool. After, you need to select Smart Documents for digitizing the management of your document operations. 

Next, you see the list of Documents to choose from:


  • Quotation 
  • Proforma invoice 
  • Commercial invoice 
  • Packing list 
  • Bill of lading 
  • Purchase order 
  • Verified gross mass declaration 
  • Certificate of origin
  • House bill of lading.




When selecting the document, you need to fill out the fields. You can also add your logo to make the document even more unique. 




After entering the information, you can Preview, Download, or Save the document. You can access the result in your dashboard to share it with your colleagues or give them access to the documents.
