Let’s discover how SeaRates users can gather bulk data and easily account for each customer, lead, partner, colleague, and others in an all-in-one Virtual Office panel.

Start from the SeaRates Home page to navigate to your Profile in the Virtual Office. Running through the main menu on the left, you will find the 'Activity' section and go to the 'Counterparties' tab.




Here you can start adding data about your company's counterparties and conveniently organize your virtual workspace in digital logistics.




By clicking on the 'Add counterparty' button, the user will be taken to a capacious and quick form to fill in the data. It is necessary to fill in such general fields as email, first name, last name, phone number, and country, and assign the new counterparty to the appropriate type, among which the following are suggested:

Then, you will find a list of already entered counterparties, where users have the option not to edit, duplicate, delete records, and import/export in XLS format. To meet the need to sort a large amount of information, for example, when importing bulk counterparty data, one can set the view for 10, 25, 50, and 100 rows.






In addition, there is an option to generate an individual invitation link to join the SeaRates platform if the counterparty is not yet a registered SeaRates user.




To simplify your search and monitoring, use the ability to sort counterparties' data by the following parameters: Company, Type, Name, Email, Country, and Creation date. Simply click on any of them and choose suggested options to filter.
