Schedules in the Booking System

Now freight forwarders can offer a schedule for customers. How to do it?

Step 1 - In the Virtual Office, go to the In progress tab.You choose a booking and see the standard schedule.

Step 2 - You can edit the schedule information, where you enter the intermediate ports, so that the client can track their cargo. If there are changes in transportation, then you can edit them too.

Step 3 - Adding an intermediate port.

Special Rates

Each forwarder can add their rates individually for each client. Which is beneficial for customers, because if you work for a long time, there may be discounts on your transportation.

Now we will show how to do it.

Step 1 - When adding rates, you can create a special folder with tariffs for certain customers.

Step 2 - Select customers who will see your special rates.

FCL page

We redesigned the FCL page and made the text clearer. Now you can see all the benefits of FCL and differences from other shipments on the link.
