SeaRates Updates - Week 9, 2023

We'd like to take this chance to thank you for your continued support and feedback, which has helped us make our services better and better. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, we strive to update SeaRates services as often as possible to make them faster and more reliable.

We're proud that we've put out a lot of updates recently that have helped make our platform faster, safer, and better at what it does. We are confident that these updates have made a significant difference in the user experience of our services, and we will continue to work tirelessly to improve them.

We highly encourage you to read our previous updates to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements to our platform.

What's new for week 9:

  • Tracking System improvements. This week, we have made improvements to the way we work with providers, including Wan Hai, Yang Ming, CMA CGM, COSCO, Econship, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), Hapag-Lloyd, and Maxicon Container Line (MCL).

We're excited to tell you about an update to our API that we think will make your experience much better. With our most recent update, users can now get detailed route data, AIS data, and shipment data with a single API request, instead of having to make separate requests for each type of data.

  • Logistics Explorer updates. We are pleased to inform you that we have added email validation to our forms using the Kickbox API. This feature will help us make sure that the email addresses people put into our forms are correct and valid. This will cut down on the chance of bounce-backs and make it easier for our emails to get to their destinations.
