Modelli di documenti e moduli

Per lavorare con SeaRates, dovrete creare un account sulla piattaforma e fornire alcune informazioni di base sulla vostra attività, come la ragione sociale, l'indirizzo e il codice fiscale. Di seguito è possibile accedere a una serie di modelli di documenti e moduli.

Cosa è necessario per lavorare con SeaRates?
  • Nel preambolo del contratto devono essere presenti il nome dell'azienda, l'indirizzo completo ed esatto dell'azienda e la data dell'accordo (sono dati obbligatori).
  • Indicare la posizione (titolo) del firmatario.
  • Tutti gli accordi devono riportare un sigillo/un timbro.
  • In assenza di sigillo/timbro, è molto importante che la firma sul contratto sia autografa e originale. In caso contrario, il contratto non sarà legalmente vincolante.
  • La firma presentata deve essere autografa (preferibilmente con inchiostro blu) а firmata da una persona autorizzata, non generata tramite un sito di generazione di firme.
  • La controparte deve fornire una scansione a colori del contratto firmato.
