Para trabajar con SeaRates, necesitarás crear una cuenta en la plataforma y proporcionar información básica sobre tu negocio, como el nombre de tu empresa, dirección y número de identificación fiscal. A continuación, puedes acceder a una variedad de plantillas de documentos y formularios.

¿Qué se requiere para trabajar con SeaRates?
  • En el preámbulo del contrato, debe figurar el nombre de la empresa, la dirección completa y exacta de la empresa, y la fecha del acuerdo (son datos obligatorios).
  • Mencione la posición (título) del lado firmante.
  • Todos los acuerdos deben llevar un sello/estampilla.
  • En ausencia de un sello/estampilla, es muy importante que la firma en el contrato sea manuscrita y original. De lo contrario, el contrato no será legalmente vinculante.
  • La firma presentada debe ser manuscrita (preferiblemente con tinta azul) y firmada por una persona autorizada, no generada utilizando un sitio de generación de firmas.
  • La contraparte debe proporcionar un escaneo en color del contrato firmado.
