SeaRates Updates - Week 38, 2022

Here at SeaRates, we'd like to thank our customers and partners for giving us feedback all the time. Our aim is to keep improving our tools and services while introducing new solutions, and today we are happy to share our latest updates.

If you missed our previous updates, please make sure to read it here.

What's new for week 38:

  • Tracking System improvements. This week, we have made improvements to the way we work with providers, including ZIM, Hamburg Sud, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, Transfar Shipping, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), CMA CGM, American President Lines (APL), CNC (Cheng Lie Navigation), Australia National Line (ANL), and Containerships.
  • Ship Schedules enhancements. We have made enhancements to the way we work with providers, including ONE and Yang Ming. We have added support for Sinokor, so you can now see vessel-specific schedules for this shipping line. You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.
  • Virtual Office updates. We are pleased to introduce our new API for uploading port fees to Virtual Office via Excel file. Now there is no size limit on uploaded files (previously the limit was 10 thousand lines). The new API fixes significant issues found by the Rates Department and customers.
  • Logistics Explorer updates. We are pleased to announce that we have begun cooperation with NAU by DP World. Now, if users search for sea rates between India, Iran, the UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Yemen, they will see a banner for our partner, which will take them to our partner's website where they can see the rates.
